Metal structure design and fabrication has been the core business of Livemet OÜ for over ten years. In our production facility located in Harju County, Estonia, we manufacture steel structures that comply with all European standards and carry the EN 1090 certification. Every metal structure begins with careful engineering, taking into account load calculations, operating conditions, and aesthetic requirements. Our engineers and certified welders work in close collaboration to ensure precision and quality in every detail.

Livemet OÜ's range of metal structures includes beams, trusses, gusset plates, brackets, and frame structures for various building types. We manufacture both standard solutions and custom metal structures according to client drawings and specifications. Our primary materials are carbon steel grades S235 and S355, as well as high-strength steel, selected according to the structural load requirements and operating environment.

Our production process encompasses material cutting (plasma and laser cutting), bending, welding, and surface finishing. We perform welding using MIG/MAG and TIG methods, ensuring high-quality weld seams in every component. All metal structures undergo rigorous quality control before delivery to the client. When required, we also provide hot-dip galvanizing or painting to ensure corrosion resistance.
