The production process begins with material preparation, including profile cutting, drilling, and milling. Frame structure welding is carried out in our production hall under controlled conditions using MIG/MAG semi-automatic welding. All node connections are designed in accordance with Eurocode, and our welders' work meets the EN ISO 3834 quality standard.

On-site installation of frame structures is a fast and efficient process since all elements are prefabricated in the factory and all connections precisely verified. Livemet OÜ also offers installation services using mobile cranes and a skilled assembly team with extensive experience in erecting large steel structures.
